All ceremony packages include:

  • Unlimited communications via telephone/email
  • Filing of the marriage license with the appropriate probate court.
    • Couples must obtain a valid marriage license from the appropriate county/state prior to scheduled wedding date


50% is due (and non-refundable) to book and confirm your scheduled date and time. The event is not secured until the deposit is received. The balance is due 21 days prior to the date if the ceremony. No refund if services are cancelled less than 21 days prior to the event.


To perform a ceremony on the eve of a holiday, day of a holiday or weekend of a holiday add $100.

Holidays include: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving & Christmas.


There is no charge for an initial in-person consultation if conducted in Franklin, Nappanee or Wakarusa. Sometimes couples need to have more one-on-one time to prepare for their special event. Additional in-person meetings can be scheduled prior to the ceremony for a fee of $30 per hour. In-person consultations may also be arranged outside Johnson & Elkhart Counties for $30 per hour plus mileage.

Unlimited communications via telephone/email is always free!


We happily extend a 10% discount to all members of the military/police/fire/EMS and seniors over 65.

Discounts do not apply to mileage fee.


A travel fee may apply to some locations.

Discounts are not offered on travel fees.
